Harvey Kersh
Harvey has a way of making you feel completely at ease in your own body. His sessions are gentle, unhurried, and meet you exactly where you are. Guests talk about him long after the retreat ends.

Kasia Hamilton
Kasia cooks every meal and eats with the group. Her food is honest, generous, and designed to make you feel genuinely nourished. By the second day you’ll stop thinking about food and start just enjoying it.
Bespoke UK Sanctuaries
Every retreat is hosted in a handpicked UK location chosen for privacy, natural beauty, and uninterrupted stillness.
The Chapel & Waterfall — North Wales
A mountain refuge in North Wales. Sleep in a beautifully converted chapel within earshot of Dyserth Waterfall, seven minutes from the sea. Coastal walks, forest trails, and the raw beauty of the Welsh landscape.
Nourishment.
Not restriction.
Whole-food feasts prepared fresh by Kasia — designed to leave you satisfied, energised, and glowing. No calorie counting, no deprivation, no guilt. Just honest food that nourishes your body, stabilises your energy, and supports a healthy weight naturally. The kitchen is fully stocked around the clock — you will never be hungry.
How It Works.
Before.
It starts with a conversation. Clark gets to know you, what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for. By the time you arrive, we’ve already started.
During.
Four days in North Wales. Everything taken care of. All you have to do is show up.
After.
You get home and the feeling stays. The group stays in touch — most cohorts do, and some of the best friendships start on retreat. You have a dedicated consultation with Clark to reshape your wellbeing structure around what you now know about yourself. The whole team is there if you need them. The retreat ends. The change doesn’t.
The Day-by-Day Flow.
The noise stops. You set down what you’ve been carrying and realise nobody needs anything from you. Someone else is cooking. Someone else has thought of everything. By the evening your shoulders have dropped and you’ve forgotten what day it is.
The day it goes deeper. Somewhere between the waterfall and the summit of Dyserth Mountain, with Snowdonia stretched out in front of you, the last bit of resistance lets go. By the fire pit that evening, the group that were strangers yesterday are talking like old friends.
Slower. Quieter. Harvey guides you back into your body in a way that feels like coming home. A beach walk to the Point of Ayr lighthouse. Long stretches of nothing you don’t have to justify to anyone.
Something shifted and you can feel it. You feel ready to take this energy home – not as a memory that fades by Tuesday, but as something you can actually feel in your body.
